Marjorie Archila used proceeds from the Megan Rand Scholarship to provide care to indigenous communities in Peru. It allowed her to reconnect with the values that brought her to healthcare in the first place.

The Megan Rand Scholarship allowed Ella Dehestani to work with Operation Airway in Guatemala. It changed the way she thinks about resourcefulness and language barriers in healthcare.

Traveled to Peru with FNE International in 2025. Served in rural and mountain communities in the Cusco region, including Lares, Choquecancha, and Yanatile.

Traveled to Guatemala with Operation Airway in 2025. Worked with local clinicians to care for children with airway abnormalities.
